MFS Zonal Manager, Coast
Role Purpose
You are responsible for driving the penetration and adoption of the Mobile financial services in the Zone, build an efficient process to collect market feedback and requirements from the market.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the implementation and execution of all mobile financial services in the zone
• Carry out market analysis and value proposition
• Propose new features and enhancements for review and recommendation to the hub
• Identify and mitigate risk related issues in connection with new products launches
• Grow the MFS ecosystem in the zones by identifying, engaging and on-boarding potential “Bill Pay” companies and “Bulk Disbursement” Companies.

Position Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any other relevant degree is essential.
• 4 years work experience in related filed
• Good understanding of local market conditions
• Strong ability to plan, lead and control resources
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to a variety of audiences; strong reasoning, analytical, and organizational skills
